Visit us during our store hours from 8 am until 7 pm, Monday through Saturday. We are an artisan bakery, all of whose products are made by hand on the premises and presented on the day they are made or baked. But it isn't just the freshness that is important to us. We try to present breads, croissants, and pastries that are just delicious and whose textures are wonderful. Everyday you can mix and match 12 bottles of wine and receive a 10% case discount. We also offer a wine tasting every Saturday, 12 - 4 pm, featuring wines from a small coterie of very special wine importers, as well as a sampling of our own bakery products.
Join us as the founding members of the Gainesville Wine Century Club Chapter. In order to become a member you have to taste at least 100 different grape varietals. Once you have achieved 100 varietals, we will gladly mail in your application for you. It sounds easy enough, but after five years of existence only 721 people internationally have qualified as members. In fact many master sommeliers, don't even qualify. We are so excited about having a strong representation from Gainesville, Florida and hope you feel the same!
